This program converts one or two pre-makeped linkage pedigree files to genepop/popdist format.
The file(s) must be in the same folder where the program is run and be named pop1.raw and pop2.raw (the latter optional). Program is run by command link2genepop . After running the program, the user should write/copy paste the marker names at the top of the file.
pd.dat -named file.
